Below you will find clear instructions on how to start sending cases to our laboratory.
How to send cases to Smile Pro Lab
We offer three convenient ways to submit cases. Please choose the option that best fits your workflow.
🖥️ Option 1 – Digital Case Submission
You may send your cases directly through your digital scanning platform by sharing the files with Smile Pro Lab.
📧 Option 2 – Email & Online RX Submission Required
All cases submitted by email must include a completed RX form.
You may submit your digital cases by email after completing our Online RX Form, which is required for all cases sent to Smile Pro Lab.

Step 1 – Complete the RX Form
Submit RXThis form allows you to securely submit all required case information and upload files directly to our lab. -
Step 2 – Send Files by Email (if needed)

📦 Option 3 – Physical Cases
For physical impressions or models, cases may be sent by mail or courier.
